This online workshop will look at the challenges of directing a play online – from the passing of props to creating intimacy within a scene.  Let’s explore this new performing space together through play and experimentation.

Focusing on rehearsal techniques and approaches to working with your cast, this workshop aims to provide different ways of looking at a single piece of text. 

You will be introduced to a way of breaking down the play into manageable chunks identifying the key themes and challenges
