SCDA events span the whole year and include workshops, social events, festivals, competitions and individual club performances

The main event of the year, our festival includes many performances and competitions spanning local through to national level.

During the festival, we run the Geoffrey Whitworth and Scott Salver playwriting competitions, and the Poster Competition.

Annual competition for the performance and writing of monologues.

An opportunity for writers of all ages to work with a professional director and publish their script.

We host a diary of events hosted by SCDA members.
