  • Dimensioned stage plan, showing
    • positions for basic drape setup,
    • apron depth,
    • wing space,
    • prosc height,
    • flying facilities (if relevant) and the
    • location of the LX bars.
  • Brief list of LX / Sound kit available, additional to the basic rig.
  • Details of Team Hospitality arrangements for Tech Rehearsals.
  • Info on after-show functions.
